Do I have to fill in everything?

No, depending on whether you want to rent skis or a snowboard, we need different information.
The contact information, the model, the length and the rental period are the same for everyone.

The difference lies in the following details:

    For skis:

    • Age
    • Body size
    • Weight
    • Sole length of your ski boot
    • Driving skills

This information is necessary to calculate the Z-value of the binding.
Without this information, we cannot set the binding correctly.

For snowboard and splitboard (only WITH binding):

    • Goofy or Regular
    • Binding angle front and rear
    • Binding distance
    • Shoe size
Why do you need all this information?

We need some information to set up the equipment correctly:

    • For skis: In order to adjust the binding safely, we need your age, weight, height, skiing ability and the sole length of your ski boot.
This data is necessary to calculate the Z-value of the binding.
Without this information, we cannot adjust the binding correctly.

    • For snowboards and splitboards: If you choose a rental board with bindings, we need your desired binding angle, the distance between the bindings and your boot size in order to adjust the bindings to suit you perfectly.

I don't know which model or length to choose.

You can find all available models and their lengths with detailed descriptions on our product page.
If you are still unsure, we will be happy to help you personally and advise you on making the right choice.

Where can I find the sole length of a ski boot?

The sole length of your ski boot is stamped in millimetres (mm) on the outside of the shell near the heel.
It is normally given as a group of numbers (e.g. “305 mm”).

How is a distinction made between beginner, intermediate and advanced?
    • Beginner: You feel safe on blue slopes.
    • Medium: You can easily ride on red slopes.
    • Advanced: You can also master black slopes.

This information is only relevant for ski rental so that we can adapt the equipment to your skiing ability.

What if I want to use my own snowboard bindings?

    Yes, that makes perfect sense!
This will give you a more realistic test result.
Simply leave out the information on snowboard bindings in the form and we will automatically assume that you don’t need any bindings.

What does goofy or regular mean?

Goofy and Regular describe the standing position on a snowboard.

    • Goofy means that you ride with your right foot in front.
    • Regular means that your left foot is in front.
    What happens to my data?

We only need your data for the correct setting and preparation of the rental equipment.
We treat all data with the utmost care and data protection is our top priority.
You can find more information in our privacy policy.
