Price
The prices in the webshop are shown in CHF incl. VAT.
Not included in the price are the costs for packaging and shipping.
They are mentioned with the product and vary depending on size, packaging effort and delivery address of the product.

Payment
Transfer by credit card or prepayment to the indicated account within 7 days.

Collection
We will inform you by mail as soon as your product is ready for collection.

Shipping
Shipment usually takes place 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

Shipping abroad
Shipment usually takes place 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
For deliveries abroad additional customs duties and value added taxes are due.
Radical Sports AG rejects any charge of such surcharges.
In case of export to other countries the stated price is the net price without value added tax.
For shipping to countries outside Europe, the transport costs will be charged separately.

Cancellation of the order
Cancellation is only possible before delivery.

Return
A return is possible within 10 days after receipt. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. The purchase price will be refunded less shipping costs. The postage for a possible return is paid by the buyer.

Defects
It is important to us that you are happy with our products! We therefore ask you as a buyer to inspect the goods after receipt and to report any defects to us in writing within 5 days. Possible transport costs are at our expense.

Exchange
A return is possible within 10 days after receipt. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
The postage for a possible return for exchange is paid by the buyer.

Data protection & secrecy
Radical Sports AG undertakes not to pass on your personal data to third parties. All personal data will be treated confidentially. More about this in our privacy policy.

Competitions
Eligible to participate are persons resident in Switzerland from the age of 18, with the exception of employees of Radical Sports AG and their contracted companies.
The winners will be notified in writing. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Cash payments and legal recourse are excluded. Participation in the raffle is independent of any order or purchase. The duration will be announced in connection with the respective competition.
Winnings relating to participation in an event are valid for the name of the participating person and are not transferable to third parties.
By participating in competitions with picture, video or text submission, you agree that Radical Sports AG may publish your submitted entry (photo, video, text, etc.) including your name.
Material prizes will be sent free of charge within Switzerland. Shipping costs abroad will be charged to the winner.

Place of jurisdiction, applicable law
These general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

Ski- und Snowboard Tours

1. FUNDAMENTAL

Radical Sports AG organizes tours, courses and other events related to off-piste winter sports. For simplicity’s sake, we will only refer to “tours” in the following.

Radical Sports AG commissions various companies for these tours. The majority of the tours are commissioned to Niki Huwyler, 7320 Sargans (owner of the company Snowboardcoach, www.snowboardcoach.ch, hereinafter only called Snowboardcoach). He is an expert at the SSBS and according to SG-RAG-2016-3 has the permit and the necessary training to lead ski and snowboard tours. For mountaineering tours and other tours outside the authority of a snowboard coach, mountain guides will be assigned.

The tour program is set up and planned in summer in cooperation with Radical and Snowboardcoach.

2ND QUALITY

We attach great importance to the highest quality, both professional and human.

3RD REGISTRATION

A registration is confirmed by us in writing or by mail and is then considered binding. This confirmation should be made within 24 hours on working days.

4. RENTAL MATERIAL

The participants have the possibility to rent Radical splitboards, touring skis or LVS sets. The equipment is serviced regularly and will be handed over to the participants in perfect condition.

The equipment must be collected and returned to Radical. Sometimes the rental equipment will be brought directly to the tour by helpers. If a participant agrees to bring and return the rental equipment for everyone, he will receive a reduction of CHF 50 on the tour.

The rental prices per tour are as follows:
– CHF 110 for splitboard or touring ski set (includes splitboard or touring ski, binding, crampon, skins)
– CHF 40 for LVS set (LVS, shovel, probe)

Low wear and tear and minor damage will be accepted by Radical. If repairs or even a replacement of the product are necessary due to negligent behaviour of the participant, the costs will be charged to the participant.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

All tours and courses require good health and CE compliant equipment. The conditional and technical requirements according to the invitation to tender must be fulfilled. If a participant does not meet these requirements, Radical Sports AG, a snowboard coach or the responsible mountain guide can exclude the participant from the event. In case of exclusion for the reasons mentioned above, no refund will be made.

6. PAYMENT

2-3 days before the tour the participants will be informed about the event by mail. In this mail the account details and the amount due will be communicated. The payment deadline is 5 days after confirmation of the tour.

7. INSURANCE

Personal insurance cover is the responsibility of the participants. Participation in a tour is at your own risk. Participants must ensure that they have sufficient insurance cover themselves, in particular for accidents and salvage. Existing illnesses or medication that are relevant to safety should be reported to the responsible tour leader/mountain guide in good time before the tour.

8. LIABILITY

Radical disclaims all liability. We strive to achieve the highest possible level of safety by working only with trustworthy and well-trained companies. We leave the risk assessment and the bearing of the risk completely to the commissioned company and/or the commissioned guide.

9. TOUR ESCORT BY HELPERS

For beginner tours or tours where the guide is responsible for a larger number of participants, a Radical Sports employee or assistant will accompany the tour. These escorts are not allowed to make any decisions or to carry out any risk management. Their task is to be the taillight and to help the participants with technical problems or questions. The accompanying persons are not to be assigned any liability.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

11. CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANTS
– The participant may cancel up to 24 hours before the tour without having to pay the tour fees.
– If the tour includes an overnight stay or other costs that had to be booked in advance by Radical, the participant has to pay his share.
– If a participant cancels a tour, the all-inclusive price is due in full.

12. CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR BY RADICAL

We reserve the right to cancel a course early:
a) if we see that a minimum number of guests will not be reached. All amounts already paid will be refunded to the registered persons.
b) if the conditions in the tour area are too bad and no suitable replacement can be found. All already paid amounts will be refunded to the registered persons.
